Featured Cocktail: Strawberry Gimlet
1.5oz Arbor Spring Gin
.75oz fresh lime juice
.5oz simple syrup
1-2 strawberries muddled
Muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker, add all other ingredients along with a scoop of ice, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
